Very sturdy and well made. Make sure you check the packaging as the plastic base leg insert fell out during transit. I wondered why is wasn't balancing and then i discovered that the foot insert was only in three of the base legs.Once i inserted the plastic insert it balanced perfectly.Very happy with the product.

this really is a beautiful piece...although most use it for coats i use it to hold ALL my purses and scarves in my dressing room! i love it!..thinking about getting another for coats downstairs.

It is lightweight, but its great functionality for a very low price. Lots more hanging hooks than most coat racks. We keep it closer to a corner, because it does topple easily if bumped. It stands level, just easily knocked over.
